Depending on the type of TREX deck boarding, railing, etc. our warranties range from 25 years to 50 years. We offer 3 years on our craftsmanship of TREX decking installation.
Can a deck be installed over an existing concrete patio?
Absolutely. We actually do many TREX composite deck solutions over existing concrete patios. It saves you money on tear out and causes no issues. Now, there could be issues that are unique to your installation that may require the concrete patio removal, such as tight clearances to doors.
